Pivot Portland owns and manages some of the city’s most iconic properties, many of which are waiting for their next chapter. That’s where you come in. For the next 30 days, City Cast Portland and Pivot Portland are teaming up to ask our community: How would you reimagine these empty historic office spaces in downtown Portland? Whether it’s a long-term lease, a short-term pop-up, a community event, or an out-of-the-box idea, we want your vision for how these spaces can come alive again.

The five finalists have been chosen, and now we need your help determining which will win: Should it be the indoor dog park, the adult jungle gym, the nap palace, the free fix-it repair station for your broken things, or the free office spaces for non-profit orgs?
