Pandemic-Era Outdoor Dining Could Be Here to Stay

The reality of social distancing due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 forced Portland restaurants to get creative with expanded outdoor seating — now the city council is considering making it permanent. A long-term plan would include improvements to accessibility and safety. [Oregonian]

Award-Winning Haitian Restaurant Giving Away Reservations

Reservations are hard to come by at Kann, the James Beard award-winning restaurant in Buckman, but the eatery is giving 300 of them away tomorrow between noon and 4 p.m. at Barnes & Morgan. All you need is an active Resy account and a qualifying purchase. [KGW]
