- Earl Ninsom (Hat Yai, Langbaan, Yaowarat, Phuket Cafe, and more)
- Gabriel Rucker (Le Pigeon, Canard)
- Alkebulan Moroski (Dirty Lettuce)
- Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton (Ox, currently closed by a fire until mid-May)
- Peter Cho (Han Oak, Toki, Jeju)

🍺🍴 Bar Openings Are the Best Right Now
The pace and dazzle of restaurant openings may have slowed. But Eater Portland says there’s reason to be excited about the new bars — for not just drinks but some quality dining. The Love Shack, Bauman’s cider tasting room, and Take Two are among those that get a mention. [Eater Portland]

- The specialty foods importer and corner store Wellspent Market is moving to Southeast Division Street from Northeast Couch Street as soon as June 1. [Oregonian]
- Do you want a beer while you browse for records? City Noise Records is moving next month to Montavilla, with a new bar next door: Replicant Bar and Bottle Shop, from the same owners. [Eater Portland]
