But also on the list are the Thai restaurant Phuket Cafe, the food truck Tidal Boar Foods (known as The Shuck Truck), and Cabezon Restaurant, which is often overlooked. There are many more options. Best 'Top Chef' Recipes of All Time
Before he opened the hottest restaurant in town, Kann chef Gregory Gourdet made an impression on “Top Chef.” Judges Padma Lakshmi and Gail Simmons this week picked his recipe for red mole with short ribs and agave sweet potato as one of the top dishes ever prepared on the show.
