Sour Ales Brewery Closes
Cascade Brewing and Cascade Barrel House pioneered sour ales, starting in 2006. But a month after its 80-year-old owner died, operations have ceased and there’s no indication that a proposed sale will resuscitate operations. [Oregonian]
