What’s for dinner on Monday? It can be a quandary when Portland’s restaurant scene feels a bit dead. So many restaurants don’t open till later in the week.
Eater Portland editor Brooke Jackson-Glidden talked to the City Cast Portland podcast about how to solve that case of the Mondays. As host Claudia Meza explains, you can blame the pandemic, followed by inflation and staffing shortages for slow starts to the dining week.
