No matter how long you’ve lived in Portland, someone’s always been here longer — and swears the city used to be better. But is Portland really “over”? Today we’re digging into that question with comedian Jay Flewelling and some of the city’s sharpest comics — many of whom you can see live this Friday at Kickstand Comedy in the Park, presented with City Cast Portland!
