Mayoral Candidate Carmen Rubio on Her No-Drama Pitch to Voters
Before joining City Council, Commissioner Carmen Rubio spent many years working as a policy advisor for both city and county officials and served as the executive director of the nonprofit Latino Network. Today, she’s campaigning for mayor. With less than a week left to cast votes, we’re continuing our mayoral candidate interview series. First host Claudia Meza and executive producer John Notarianni have the latest on Rubio’s chances in the race; then we’ll revisit a conversation we had with her earlier this summer.
