Mayoral Candidate Mingus Mapps on His Responsible Governance Pitch to Voters
City Commissioner Mingus Mapps has had a tough time breaking through in the mayors’ race, despite being the first candidate to declare last year. But with a good chunk of undecided voters and our new ranked choice voting system, he still has a shot. Today we’re continuing our series of conversations with mayoral candidates: host Claudia Meza and executive producer John Notarianni have the latest on Mapps’s chances in the race; then we’ll revisit a conversation we had with him earlier this summer.
Parts of this conversation first aired on June 27, 2024
