Today on City Cast Portland, we’re talking about city commissioner and mayoral candidate Rene Gonzalez using thousands of taxpayer dollars to spruce up his Wikipedia page, the epic battle between wake boats and dragon boats on the Willamette River, and a recovery home coming under fire for sprouting up unannounced in a residential neighborhood.
