It’s been a busy week for Portland’s government, with the City Council hosting a dramatic 15-hour meeting to balance its budget the day after the May 20 special election. Willamette Week’s Sophie Peel was in attendance and joins host Claudia Meza and senior producer Giulia Fiaoni to talk about the upshot of both these civic events, as well as details on the arrests in a string of local business break-ins.
