The Problem With the ‘Mom-and-Pop Landlord’ Argument
After a major decrease during the pandemic, we’re seeing evictions in Multnomah County rise even higher than before COVID. Today on City Cast Portland we’re talking with Alli Sayre, Organizing Coordinator for Portland Tenants United. She’ll be walking us through how bad it is, what the state may do to help, and answer the question: is there such a thing as a good landlord?
