What the Bike Lane Controversies Say about Portland Leadership
The Portland Bureau of Transportation recently made the news for its plans to alter — and in some cases even remove — some major city bike lanes. He’s not only been following the story since its inception, he broke the news himself when he published information from whistleblowers who work inside PBOT.
